Delete Your Cuedo Account

Delete your account in Cuedo

1. Open Cuedo and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, email delete-account@apmenta.com from the email address registered to your Cuedo account. Apmenta OÜ may request verification before completing the request.

Data deletion and retention

Your profile, photos, live messages, matches, preferences, settings, and other operational account data are permanently deleted. Database backups may retain deleted data for up to 7 days. A non-identifying deletion audit record is retained for 30 days. Reports, moderation evidence, or minimal records required for safety, fraud prevention, legal proceedings, or legal compliance may be retained for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
